Born and raised a New Yorker, I found myself kicking around the
streets of Brooklyn and Queens trying to stay out of trouble. My
interest in illustration led me to study at Parsons School of Design,
where I honed my design skills earned my degreee and eventually
entered the work force as a graphic designer. For four years I designed
through 3 versions of PhotoShop, and countless cups of coffee.
In 1999, I bid farewell to the subways and street venders of New
York to come to the rainiest place I've encountered on the planet
thus far: Oregon. After 5 years in Portland I'm still not used the
winters, and I hate umbrellas.
